Located on a Premium Part of the lake close to the Ortega Highway, and just minutes from local stores, shopping, restaurants and the I-15 Freeway for easy commuting. Flat fee for all utilities, payable with monthly lease; $400 for the first 2 occupants, and $50 for each additional occupant. Includes shared well water, electricity, gas and trash collection. Pets are okay, but there is absolutely no fencing and no enclosed area. (Property opens to the lake on one side and to Grand Ave. on the other). Please call on pets. Renters' Insurance is Required.
